Karen’s knowledge and understanding of the academic courses and extracurricular activities a college is seeking enables her to advise students on classes and activities that will make them most attractive to the college. Training in testing allows Karen to base her recommendations for SAT and ACT tutoring on each individual student’s ability and needs. Most importantly, Karen’s overall philosophy is to suggest a realistic range of schools reflecting each student’s goals, interests, talents and academic and athletic abilities, while meeting the individual needs of each student and family so their college search process will be a positive one.
